We’re excited to welcome Joseph Ross to McCormick & Priore, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation. Joseph brings broad experience representing insurers, professionals, business owners, and contractors in cases involving insurance coverage, bad faith, personal injury, construction defects, and motor vehicle accidents. He regularly advises clients on policy interpretation, risk transfer, and malpractice issues, and handles litigation in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Before joining private practice, Joseph served as a regulatory officer and open records custodian for the State of New Jersey, as well as liaison to the State Ethics Commission. He also clerked for the Hon. Gregory H. Chelak and the Hon. Joseph F. Kameen in Pennsylvania’s Pike County Court of Common Pleas. While attending Temple University Beasley School of Law, Joseph worked full-time as a litigation paralegal and was an active member of the Student Bar Association’s executive board.

Joseph is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including federal courts, and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, New Jersey Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
